A key component of the Insights Discovery learning system is the Personal Insights Discovery Profile. Generated from an online Evaluator, Insights Discovery Profiles accurately capture a detailed analysis of an individual’s behavioural preferences.
The Insights Discovery profile is a personalised report that helps individuals understand their preferred communication and working styles.
The Foundation Chapter indicates an individual’s behavioural preferences including strengths, potential weaknesses, communication preferences, possible blind spots, tips for interacting with your opposite type and suggestions for development.
Further chapters can be drawn from the same Evaluator that focus specifically on Management Style; Effective Selling; Personal Achievement and an Interview Chapter. These chapters are ideal for sessions tailored to more specific requirements such as sales training, people management, client management and recruitment.
The Insights Discovery Profile includes several graphics including a colour wheel, indicating where an individual sits within the Discovery colour spectrum.

Yes. Profiles can be sent directly to each participant or, with agreement, to a central client contact for distribution. We recommend that an individual’s Discovery Profile is only shared internally with their consent.
We provide you with a company-specific link to the Insights Discovery Evaluator. Participants follow the online instructions and typically take around 15–20 minutes to complete it. Once submitted, the results come to us for processing and the completed Profiles are distributed as agreed.
