Building gravitas and executive presence is an important part of a consultant’s tool kit.

However, this can be challenging, particularly at earlier career stages or when faced with high-stakes interactions with senior stakeholders. This workshop is aimed at junior to mid-level consultants who want to build the skills and confidence to be seen as strong contributors and trusted advisors during these interactions.
