How long does an Insights Discovery workshop last?
Discovery workshops typically take a half-day format with a break in the middle. However, everyone’s needs are different and workshop formats can be fully tailored to meet your needs.
How many people can attend a workshop?
Most group sizes can be accommodated to reflect requirements. Past workshops have ranged from one person (one-to-one coaching), up to several hundred people at a time, although we would recommend splitting large groups into smaller teams to ensure everyone gets the best from the workshop experience.

Are Discovery Profiles confidential?
Yes. We will either send the Discovery Profile to the individual directly. Or, by agreement with the participants, they can be sent to a central client contact for distribution. We always advise that Discovery Profiles are only shared internally with the individual’s consent.
Do we need Discovery profiles to run a workshop?
Profiles are not an absolutely essential part of the workshop. However, they do serve to make the experience a lot more compelling and of course, insightful! They also provide content that can be referred back to at any point as part of an individual’s development and growth journey.
Where would my workshop be delivered?
Workshops are usually delivered at client sites or an external location of your choosing.
Do you deliver workshops outside of the UK?
Yes, we cover the UK and all of Europe for face-to-face workshops. Locations outside of the UK and Europe can also be covered for face-to-face delivery depending on numbers. Remote workshop delivery can be used to cover all global regions.
Can you run a virtual workshop online?
While we always prefer to deliver our workshops in person, we can deliver our workshops in an online format too. We will discuss your needs with you to see what the best workshop approach will be for you.
Can a workshop be tailored to my needs?
Yes. While every workshop will include some fundamental elements covering the essential Discovery content, each workshop is tailored to your needs and objectives.
How will my team complete their Discovery Profiles?
You will be provided with a company-specific URL that can be shared with all of your intended participants. The URL will take them through to the Discovery Evaluator and instructions for completion.
The Evaluator takes about 15-20 minutes to complete and once submitted, the results will come directly to us for processing. Your unique referral code tells us that the profile is for your team. Once processed, we will send the profile to the individual or to the central client contact as agreed.
How do we get a copy of our Discovery Team Wheel
Your team wheel(s) will be developed ahead of your workshop and presented on the day. You will have access to the team wheel in hard and soft copy thereafter.
How much does a Discovery workshop cost?
The cost of your Discovery workshop will depend on a number of factors including group size, workshop format and location. Please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with a price for your workshop(s).
