Amber’s Development Needs Analysis (DNA) is specifically designed to do two things:
• Interpret the needs of the business and/or individuals
• Identify the right training solutions to meet these needs
As its name suggest, the Amber DNA process uses a range of ‘diagnostic’ techniques to identify and understand the current knowledge and skills gaps within your team or business. Insight can be captured from managers and employees as well as clients and suppliers where applicable to capture a 360° view.
On completion, the diagnosis is shared with the client and an appropriate development strategy identified.
