As an accredited Insights Discovery™ Partner, Amber uses the Insights Discovery Profile and Learning System to provide individuals with an engaging, reinforcing and transformational insight into themselves and others.
To receive the profile, individuals complete a 25-frame evaluator. The output is 20-40 page profile depending on chapters required. Each profile provides insight to their behavioural preferences relating to relationships, management style, strengths and weaknesses, communication preferences, potential blind spots, selling preferences, learning styles, time management and decision making process. The profiles also provide a series of useful supporting indicators such as effective interview questions and an individual’s value to the team.
To complement the provision of Insights Profiles, Amber provides support in the interpretation and application of the profile content. This ensures that clients and individuals get the best value from their investment and achieve the results they require.
